Paul and I started out by planting 50 Syrah and Grenache plants in our small yard in suburban San Jose. We took care of each one of those plants by hand. We tended them personally to get the best grapes we could and to make wine we'd be proud to serve to our friends and family. As our vineyard holdings have grown we have maintained the same dedication we had with those first 50 plants.
When we look for other vineyards to use to make wine, we look for growers who share that same dedication to the vine. We want to deliver a wine with great bold fruit , excellent balance, and deep flavors.
We enjoy wine at casual events with friends, over wonderful meals, or on a quiet evening at home with just Paul and I. Those are the times we love to drink wine. Our desire is to make wine we'd be proud to share at our home with our friends and family. We hope you’ll enjoy our wines too and share them with the people you love.
